Any idea from anyone how to translate Banska Stiavnca III./216. into today's Street name/house number? (The old address is fromthe early 1900s.)

I asked directly The registry office of the Townhall of Banska Stiavnica. The answer is:
ulica Dr. Imricha Tótha N. 742/1 (the street of Dr. Imrich Tóth). One can find the street easily in the NE part of BS, using e.g., google maps. Look for "I.Totha" on the map.
