My family comes from that village.Are you looking for some information, or is it just the documents?
You can ask the municipality office directly, but it is not straight forward if you are looking for official documents.If it is just the information on parents, it is easier, but if it is an official copy of birth certificate, they may ask you to proof your relationship to the person (not always but they may ask).
I would recommend to use professional services in Slovakia, who could do the research for you.

Hello,
if you're just looking for official birth certificate, the cost would be 5 EUR. You just have to prove, that you're related to Karel Zilka.
In this case, you should contact Town's Registry Office at pavol.biros@mestosnv.sk or janka.cechova@mestosnv.sk
You have to send them official inquiry, as well, as proof, that you're related to Karel Zilka - birth, marriage or death certificates. After you'll proove your relationship, you'll have to pay 5 EUR fee and they will send you the birth certificate afterwards. Hope this helps.
