Genealogické fórum

Hľadám predkov na slovenskom v Trnave a Trenčianskeho kraja. Poznám veľa dát, ale tiež hľadať Lednice, Lednické Rovno, Nemšová, Ružindol, Hrnčiarovce nad Parnou. Môže mi niekto pomôcť? Ospravedlňujeme sa, ale nemám hovoriť slovenské, robil strojový preklad.

In Trnava und Ruzindol ich suche die Angaben von Janos SOTNIK, SOTTNIK oder SCHOTTNIK. Die Ehefrau war: Maria VRBA. Sie hatten zwei Söhne: Mihály Sotnik (geb. 1880, die Ehefrau Gizella Tichy oderTychy aus Lednické Rovné) und Jozsef(Joseph) Schottnik (1882). Janos Sotnik war mein Urgrossvater.
Ich hatte kein mehr Angaben in FamilySearch.org gefunden.

Janos Sotnik had a third child, a girl. Helena Stephania Schottnik (born: 1892) She's not from the husband Janos Schottnik. The natural father was Robert Jankovics. According to the register of births the natural father adopt her.

According FS, this couple has 10 children (https://familysearch.org/search/record/ ... 3ASlovakia)

Because there is no at marriage record, so If you would like to continue into farest history with Schotnik familly - you will have to proabably manualy research this death records from Ruzindol and look for death of Paul Schotnik, husband of Maria. ( around 350 pages)

You should see there, the age of deceased, and from that you can search the birth and parents. Most likely there will be also place of birth note, if Paul was moved into Ruzindol from some other place.

If I filter out birth of Paul Schotnik in Ruzindol, I'm getting this guy born with his twin Peter in 1829

I would say this will be most likely your ancestor, but to make it sure I would search this death record. there are several Schotnik famillies in Ruzindol in that years and indexed records are not 100% correct as well,
